Warranty Policy
Atobs Vision offers a 1 year full machine warranty on all under desk treadmills, beginning from the date of delivery. This warranty protects you against defects in materials or workmanship when the product is used under normal, intended conditions.
What’s Covered
The warranty applies to:
- Mechanical or electrical failures not caused by the customer.
- Internal component issues such as the motor, circuit board, or belt system.
- Remote control malfunctions (excluding battery replacement).
- Abnormal sounds or operation faults not linked to misuse.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to:
- Misuse, neglect, drops, or improper setup.
- Water damage or environmental exposure.
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, etc.).
- Normal wear and tear through regular usage.
- Repairs or modifications done by unauthorized technicians.
- Remote control battery (not included due to international shipping restrictions).
- Lubricant (not included due to international shipping restrictions).
Note: Lack of regular maintenance, including failure to lubricate the belt as instructed may void your warranty.
How to Make a Claim
To start a warranty claim:

- Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and a clear video showing the problem.
- Our support team will assess the issue and guide you through the next steps (repair, replacement, or troubleshooting).
Depending on the issue, we will:
- Help you resolve it via troubleshooting
- Send a replacement part
- Replace the entire product if necessary
Do I Need to Return the Product?
In most cases, returns are not required. We rely on video evidence to speed up resolution and avoid unnecessary back-and-forth. If a return is necessary, our team will provide clear instructions and support you through the process.
Eligibility & Transferability
This warranty is valid only for:
- The original purchaser, and
- Orders placed directly through our website.
It is non-transferable, and proof of purchase is required to validate all claims.
